Of course, it is ready for your to bolt pretty much ANY Shaker Scoop to it as well (pictured is out 1977-1978 Trans-Am Style in Carbon Fiber but w also have a Fiberglass Version)...



A LOT of thought went into designing a box that not only looked good and could be a true shaker but also that OUT PERFORMED the stock 1998+ F-Body air intake.

The stock lid setup draws cold air from the front of the car BUT it does so from the hottest place on the car, the front of the radiator. Worst of all, the neck of the air lid SITS ON TOP of the radiator and the heat from the top of the radiator gets trapped by the hood as well.

Our air intake is made of aluminum (to deflect heat) and draws air from the cowl (either via a scoop or a cowl induction hood, it DOES NOT WORK WITH A STOCK HOOD), nowhere near the hot radiator.

Our box is also about three times the volume of the stock lid. Enough said!

The air box has a 4" circular lip on the bottom driver side front of the air box to easily attach intake piping to.

For 1998+ F-Bodies we can include 2 90* elbows that attach to your throttle body to your MAF and your MAF to the airbox. We only sell them in black though and they are an additional $50. That is our cost, no profit added, and you are free to buy the box without the elbows and source the elbows yourself.

The airbox comes raw metal or it can be powdercoated black (as seen in the above pics) for an additional $50 (again, that is just what we pay to have it done, no profit added).
