Mark did a write up on adding padding behind the seat backs to boost lumbar. I found an easier way. I got 2 grout sponges from home depot  $.99 each. I sqwished it down and put it behind the seat back cushion. DONE. It pushed the back out about 2" and now I can feel support in my lower back.
